In addition to this, in the event of a fault or breakdown, all our merchandisers are fully trained to carry out front line fault diagnostics and can usually resolve most basic machine faults quickly.

The merchandisers are supported by a team of service engineers, who in the event of a more serious fault, will be with you usually within four hours.
